About Us

Dr. Joshua Gunther prides himself on practicing outstanding dental care while providing excellent customer service. He attended the University of Pittsburgh and graduated in 1996 with a B.S. He then continued his education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he graduated in 2002 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Following his graduation, Dr. Gunther served on active duty in the United States Navy while completing additional training in an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program.

After completing three years of active duty, he returned to his hometown of Erie, PA, in 2005 and practiced in a group setting for 18 years. In 2024, he established his new spacious and state-of-the-art practice. Dr. Gunther has received advanced training in various areas, including General Dentistry, Endodontics, traditional braces and Invisalign, as well as IV sedation. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association and has earned the Fellowship Award in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Gunther enjoys fishing, hiking, golfing, and spending quality time with his wife and three teenage children. He believes in building lasting relationships with his patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for during every visit.
